Interval training is the secret weight loss weapon. By keeping your body guessing it will work harder at burning the fat….so you need to be working out in a way that is unpredicatble to your body.
Fartlek or interval training is a great way of achieving that.

Weight loss tends to be the main focus of guests when they arrive at NuBeginnings and no surprise there. After all we are a weight loss retreat.
We want you to start to change your focus from weight loss to fat loss. Yes, there is a difference and yes, it is anĀ important difference.
Your lean mass to body fat ratio is much more important than your weight. We focus on ensuring that you build your muscle whilst burning your fat – getting the best of both worlds.
