Jules Templeton - Yoga
Having discovered the benefits of yoga in 1998, Jules qualified as a yoga teacher in January 2003, after studying for two years with Brenda Brown, a yoga teacher for FRYOG (Friends of Yoga). Since qualifying, Jules continues to attend classes, workshops and retreats and has been particularly inspired by the late Vanda Scaravelli. Scaravelli taught ways of bringing awareness to the internal aspects of the practice of yoga, with an emphasis on feeling what is going on inside the body rather than the external appearance of the postures. Jules currently attends regular classes and personal yoga sessions with Bill Wood, who teaches at The Forge Yoga Centre in Totnes.
Rachael Waldron - Pilates
Rachael is a Royal Ballet school Graduate and an ex-Professional ballet dancer. She trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in Covent Garden, London in 2001 and has since gained extensive experience working in Pilates studios in London, Barnstaple, Melbourne and Sydney, before starting up her own business in 2006.

In 2007 Rachael qualified as a Classical ballet teacher through the Royal Academy of Dance, London, she is a member of the Register of exercise for professionals, the Body Control Pilates association and a Registered teacher for the Royal Academy of Dance.

Daniel Gorvett - Qigong
Daniel has studied in both China and the UK - he teaches Qigong and Tai chi across the westcountry.

Shibashi Qigong

Shibashi was developed by Professor Lin Hou-Sheng in 1979. Professor Lin, a renowned Qigong Master, scientist and Master Healer, recognised the health benefits of Tai Chi and developed eighteen exercises based on both the philosophy of Tai Chi & Qigong, and some of the movements of the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. The exercises were kept simple hence they are easy to learn and practice. Great emphasis is placed on synchronizing the 18 movements with proper breathing techniques.
