These weekends are only available to graduates of the NuBeginnings programme.

As you are a very special bunch we wanted an excuse to see you again! So we offer you a weekend of that special brand of NuBeginnings tough love.

The weekend will run from Friday evening to Sunday evening - those who can't make it for the Friday can of course join in from Saturday morning.

The weekend includes:

• Accommodation - another two blissful nights in those fabulous beds and of course the linen remains 100% Egyptian cotton. After all you deserve the very best.
  


• All your meals and snacks - a fabulous detox menu of local organic fare. All prepared to make sure that you enjoy the food and leave looking and feeling great.
  


• A full exercise programme to include a beach training session, circuits, interval training and of course a hike or two. You will work hard over the weekend and you will boost your metabolism WAY up.
  


• Group hypnotherapy sessions to support you getting to your weight loss goal
  


• A one to one NLP session
  


• A wonderful stress relief massage to make sure you are feeling your best
