Rachael - Pilates
Rachael is a Royal Ballet school Graduate and an ex-Professional ballet dancer. She trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in Covent Garden, London in 2001 and has since gained extensive experience working in Pilates studios in London, Barnstaple, Melbourne and Sydney, before starting up her own business in 2006.
In 2007 Rachael qualified as a Classical ballet teacher through the Royal Academy of Dance, London, she is a member of the Register of exercise for professionals, the Body Control Pilates association and a Registered teacher for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Daniel- Qigong
Daniel has studied in both China and the UK - he teaches Qigong and Tai chi across the westcountry.
Shibashi Qigong
Shibashi was developed by Professor Lin Hou-Sheng in 1979. Professor Lin, a renowned Qigong Master, scientist and Master Healer, recognised the health benefits of Tai Chi and developed eighteen exercises based on both the philosophy of Tai Chi & Qigong, and some of the movements of the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. The exercises were kept simple hence they are easy to learn and practice. Great emphasis is placed on synchronizing the 18 movements with proper breathing techniques.
Wayne - Body Weight Exercise Expert
Wayne is a fully qualified personal trainer and his body weight exercise class is all about proving to you that you can get a great workout without using any equipment. Wayne's background is as a nurse and his caring and compassionate nature comes through in his classes.
Keith - Hiking Guide
Keith is a local guide who loves to share his enthusiasm and knowledge of the area with the guests.
Keith has been guiding for many years and is well known locally for his expertise.
Karen- Dance
Karen will shake your "booty" in her wonderful dance classes. She has taught and performed in various styles of dance throughout the world including ballet, tap, contemporary, jazz and salsa. She is a force to be reckoned with. Her salsa classes are a favourite at NuBeginnings and everyone raves about what fun they are.
Kieran - NuBeginnings Trainer
Kieran a key member of the NuBeginnings Training team. He motivates you to keep fit and healthy throughout your stay and when you return home. He is a qualified Boxing Tutor and uses his knowledge and positive attitude to help guide you towards leading a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
