Weight loss tends to be the main focus of guests when they arrive at NuBeginnings and no surprise there. After all we are a weight loss retreat.

We want you to start to change your focus from weight loss to fat loss. Yes, there is a difference and yes, it is an important difference.

Your lean mass to body fat ratio is much more important than your weight. We focus on ensuring that you build your muscle whilst burning your fat – getting the best of both worlds.
