January is always busy at our weight loss boot camp! It is that time of year when the post festive guilts seem to creep in.

One of my pet hates is the new year resolution. Now don’t get me wrong. New Goals for a new year are fantastic and we totally encourage weight loss goals at our boot camp.

But just be aware of the goals you are setting. Instead of a long a depressing list of the things you are going to give up, banish or deprive yourself of. Set a list of just three things that you are going to do differently.

So instead of “I am not going to eat any chocolate” make your goal “From now until February I choose to eat fabulous, healthy foods every day”. The second statement sets you up for success subconsciously as well as consciously and that is really important.
