Weight Loss Exercise Programme

We offer you many different classes at NuBeginnings – walking, boxing, pilates, dance….(too many to mention). We want you to find something new that you really enjoy and that you are motivated to continue when you get home.

We also take you hiking across the North Devon countryside or Nordic walking in the French countryside. Exercise outdoors has been found to be much more effective in terms of building cardio vascular fitness and burning calories. It also keeps you interested because of the breathtaking scenery.

All the exercise is supervised by top professionals who will work with you to make sure you get the results you want.
